Howard Moutrie is an access consultant and architect. Prior to running a successful access consultancy over the last 15 years, he has been responsible for the day to day operation of 2 large architectural firms and has provided management guidance to a number of other firms.
In acknowledgement that the Cert IV or Diploma Courses do not provide practice management within their course content, Howard will present the basic information aimed at those who are contemplating setting up their own access consultancy.
The presentation will cover issues of business structure, general administration, fees and consultancy agreements.
